The Programme:

A basic training in flexibility , balance, strength, agility, co-ordination and body awareness!

Since birth the child is busy trying to develop and extend its kinetic skills.  During the first three years its kinetic activities are aimed at necessary movements such as crawling, walking, picking up of objects and carrying.  The period from its third to eighth year is regarded as the most important stage of development.  If, during this period, the child experiences a wide variety of kinetic movements, it will have a positive effect on the development of his/her central nervous system.  This includes aspects such as strengthening of nerve fibres, which would result in faster conduction of messages to the brain.

By focusing our movement programme on fun, and presenting the child with a myriad of different movement experiences in several different contexts, we expose the child to the unlimited possibilities that exist in physical activity.  Keeping Monkeynastix fun & low-key allows every child to be successful.

What better way to give children the motivation they need in their lives for practice makes perfect!
